    Credits stay with ecu?

    I have a 2009 gmc that was tuned for K&N cold air & cat back years ago at a local shop... looking to do dod delete cam.... going to buy the MPVI2.. do I need to buy credits to make changes???

    Yes, you do.

    The credits and license belong to the HP Tuners device that tuned it the first time. If you want to tune it with your device, you need credits for that.
    2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

    If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

    Thank you. Just want to have everything ready. Doing 2 dod delete cam swaps & will need 4 credits to do the 2 vehicles...
