09 G8 GT Cam/Headers/Converter Tune

Hello Everyone,
I am new to tuning and been reading, watching videos, and trying to learn more. I have an 09 G8 GT with a BTR Stage 3 cam (229/244 .615"/.595" 113+4), headers, intake, 3200 converter, with a deeper pan, and trans cooler. I have been tuning KR out, upped the regulator offset on the trans, and followed the remaining steps for the Blue Cat transmission tool. Sometimes in higher RPM's I get a flare on shifts, and warm starts require a little gas. I have posted my most current tune, and a log from over the weekend. Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

Are you just concerned about the trans issues or do you want a good look over everything?
