Tuning a 13 2500hd, and no mater how high I set the shift scheduling (mph and rpm) it still shifts at 3900-4k. The only way to rev higher is in manual mode. What am I missing?

I guess the logs didn't save, but it was shifting right at 3900-4100 every gear
