    Controller Unlocker: x7F Service Not Supported in Active Session

    im trying to read 2013 Ford Focus ST 2.0 and it doesnt want to.

    can anybody tell me what the hell does this mean:

    Controller Unlocker: x7F Service Not Supported in Active Session

    TC-1767A ECM
    GMBN1SA.H32 CCF

    and how can i read this ecu?

    Pretty sure I got this on a 2012 F150 EcoBoost when I tried to read with the engine running. Try reading it key on engine off and see if it works any better.

    This ECU is tuned by a Cobb Accessport (The CCF portion = Cobb Custom Features).

    They "lock" the ECU preventing a normal read. You will need to uninstall the Accessport from the vehicle before reading.
    If its not broke, just give it time.

    I just ran into this on a 16 Mustang GT. I guess it has a ghost cam tune on it and I'm assuming someone locked it. Can I just grab a stock 16 Mustang tune and reflash it?
