    Edelbrock 2300 boost is crazy

    Orr Z06 new tensioner.hpl

Can someone possibly point me in the right direction? I have tried different pullies, and new tensioner to see if the boost will hold steady. The boost gets goofy around 52 to 54k rpm on every log.
Not sure what else could cause the issue. I am going to pull the spark plugs and close the gap a little but I am starting to think its the design of the blower.
    This is on a 2016 Corvette Z06.

I have also clamped the bypass valve closed and still does the same thing.

To me it looks like Torque Management pulling timing and closing the Throttle therefore much less boost.

    For Example,
    Pull 1 @ 4220 RPM
Boost drops to 3 psi, TM Adv :22, Commanded Throttle Actuator : 45%, Predicted Axle Torque Source : Chassis

    Pull 1 @ 5100 RPM
Boost drops to 5 psi, TM Adv 13, Commanded Throttle Actuator 68%, Predicted Axle Torque Source : Chassis

Maybe the 2nd pull is similar.

Belt slip, mine does the same thing, if i ease into it i can hit 14 psi, if I stab it the boost goes up then drops to 3 psi.

I know the TQ MGT pulls when traction is going off.
It is most likely belt slip. I put the shortest belt on their I could squeeze on it. I had to put the belt in a pan of boiling water to stretch it just enough.
The tensioner is just 1/8'' from maxed out area. I am running a Gates greet Fleetrunner. Is their another popular belt to try maybe? Id like to make a idler but the supercharger should not have that much slip unless its just too much parasitic loss??

Are you spinning the tires and having to pedal it?

Is it feasible to turn off TM for testing and if so what do I do with it to turn it off?
