Beginners questions... first setup?

i have a 97 tahoe I 5.3/4l60 swapped. Refreshed motor with smallest rv cam summit racing sells, with springs.. Shorty headers, nothing crazy.
I have a 0411 red/blue pcm which will control dbc tb... my question what base tune do start with because the dbw tune from 02 yukon,obviously, wont work. I managed to get security bypass but dont have throttle response.
Should i use 2000 camaro base file?
Then transfer in inj data stuff from truck injectors? What else?... I did change dtcs for rear O2s, egr, evap..
Fan controls change, to get the single output from ecu to my fan relay?
I did play around with speedo cal a bit to match truck tune. As I'm prettysure I'm close but larger in wheel diameter..
Just need any help i can get. I am also curious if a relicense is in order?

Using a different file will just cost you more money.

Use the file you have on the computer now and change the ETC setting from 1 to zero under the systems options. The drive by cable throttle should work now.
