Tuner wanted for Euro spec 2020 Mustang GT 6 spd w/ Active Exhaust - Stock File

Im am looking for someone who already has tuned Euro spec 2018 and up Mustang GT (manual).
I know, can not expect too much improvement, but I want to get the most out of it. No E85 in my area, only 91/93 octane.
Here in the forum there is a tuner who refused to make an open tune for Euro Mustang " We can't sell you an open file tune." I understand it protects their market, but a little bit strange considering that I want it for myself and not for someone else, (IMHO without proper knowledge and experience, it is irresponsible to tune another vehicle) anyway, to my knowledge, no 2020 Manual Euro Mustang GT in my area so...

I'm NOT looking / asking for free tunes.
A good tune is more than a copy...
I'm looking for a reliable tuner.
I would ask for offers in private.
