    2005 Grand Marquis, No Start PATS denied

    SKinny:
    05 Grandmarquis in 69 Grumman Ice Cream Truck
    ron Francis wiring harness
    aftermarket fuel pump

    NO START
    No Injector pulse but 12v present
    fuel pump drivers runs aftermarket pump and 58 psi fuel pressure present at fuel rail
    coils fires and car runs with a squirt of fuel
    cam pos is ok
    and rpms are being read
    Live Data says Pats is being denied.

    Step I have taken:
    1- fuel system > Fuel Pump - Desired voltage set to maximum 15V. fuel system Disable adaptive voltage. Enable fixed duty cycle.
    2- fuel system > General - disable EVAP Purge switch and Evap Purge Switch A
    3- fuel system > Fuel pressure - set the Normapressure to 58
    4- fuel system > Fuel diagnostics - disable test and mil and disable EVAP.
    5- Got to engine diagnose>Exhaust Disable Cats test and mil
    6- Disable all codes related to fuel pump module, fuel rail pressure, EVAP, O2 sensors sensor 2 Only and DTC 420, 430
    7- Go to engine> Fuel> oxygen sensor set rear config to none, and set heaters to 0 for S2.
    8- System > General - Disable PATS switch and PATS Alt
    9- Engine > General > Oxygen Sensors - Downstream rear config NONE

    Also is it possible to transfer the good stuff from a police interceptor over to a regular 4.6?
