How bad is this mail order tune for my LQ4?

I got this mail order pcm a few years ago before I even got wind of hptuners. Now that I have a little tiny bit of tuning experience, some of the things in this tune look strange to me.
Truck is a 2001 2500HD NV4500, all I told them was that it had a flowmaster exhaust, and stock intake and I was running 91 octane.

Anything look strange? or things I should change on this?
