On my 2018 gmc sierrw l83 I can't get the STFT to disable to do maf tuning. I put the o2 readiness voltage to a negative number and write the tune. When i start logging STFT are still active and making adjustments to fuel. What am I doing wrong? I even went to the advanced tab and reset LTFT as well. That didn't do anything for STFT.
Last 18 truck I did it was impossible to turn it into OL regardless of any tricks I tried..
I believe the e92a On this year model has a hidden table not mapped out

My 2018 Camaro SS does the same thing...
Only work around I have found is to manually disable the fuel trims in the VCM scanner before tuning.
Something else that works is you can unplug one sensor and will show 1.107 in scanner and neither front 02 sensor will update..
Had a customer with an 18 truck that had exhaust leaks and was in a pinch and since ECM would not Allow full time OL, Trick above worked
