Not returning to idle when revving in p/n 04 mustang gt

I recently had my car dyno tuned, I also own hptuners but are still learning..
Got the car back shop is closed, I noticed driving the car is fine but when I put it in park or neutral and Rev it (worse when slowly revving up) it will hang anywhere from 1500-3500rpm and just sit there. Sometimes it will drop down a lil if i kick AC on and off. Tried the PCM reset helped a little.
Any ideas?

either your tps is acting up setting the pt flag or your dashpot min clip is too high and dashpot cant decay out

set the dashpot vs multiplier so you only get 10% of dashpot at 0 vehicle speed

It was all fine this morning. I was thinking IAC, I'll go through the Ford Idle set procedure its just very odd that its fine in drive but in park if i go above 4000rpm or slowly lean into it it idles in the 2-4k. range. ill post update tomorrow morning.
