    Mpvi2 interfaces

I have a interface that I purchased a few months back. I'm using it on my LQ4 motor that I out in my 64 Impala. worked removed EGR, Vasts , etc...
Now I'm trying to connect it , to see if I have any codes and possible tune the PCM.

Now it won't read it at all says "detect Protocol Failed" in reader and

unable to detect the vehicle diagnostics portocol.
It's possible this vehicle is not supported and email [email protected]

I tried it on my 2109 GMC Yukon and it read it no problem. So...I thought it was my PCM so I tired 3 other ones (PCM) and no luck they won't read. I tried them in the vehicle and on the bench same messages. Doesn't work!!!

Does HP Tuners have to do something on their end to makes this work or is it a problem with my unit?

Could be either or, please open support ticket so we can troubleshoot your issue one on one.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

I had similar problem and Bill said it appeared 2 units were attempting to communicate to the ECM simultaneously. I had forgotten I had installed a Dakota Digital BiM on a 2nd obd2 port to drive the gauges. Once I unplugged the DD, the comm worked fine.
