Ethanol Content not available in VCM Scanner Channel selector

I installed an ethanol sensor for my LSA engine (2009 CTS V) and I want to tune the spark tables to take advantage of the ethanol.
I am "trying" to add [Ethanol Fuel %] to my channel list.

    - I selected [Load Vehicle Defaults]; in the "Channels" window, I click on the "add channel", however I cannot find [Ethanol Fuel %] in the "channel selector" list.
    - Next, I selected [Load SAE Defaults] and [Ethanol Fuel %] is shown, however it is an unsupported parameter.

I also notice on many videos that the tuners have many more parameters available to them than what I see.

    1) How do I add [Ethanol Fuel %] if it is an unsupported parameter?
    2) How do I get access to the complete set of parameters available for my tune?

    Thank you,
    Jeff

Look for alcohol content too and try that.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

This issue was resolved by downloading the latest software (version 4.6.3). The functions [re-poll for parameters] or [Controls & Special Functions] did not work for me in Version 4.4.4, which also made [Ethanol Fuel %] not available to me.
