What AFR to target for low RPM and boost?

Curious as to what AFR's I should be shooting for under low rpms with boost. I have a turbo 5.3 and when towing my boat with the converter locked, its pretty easy to make a couple pounds of boost under 2000 rpm. Should I be enabling some sort of boost enrichment or power enrichment or would it be fine to leave it in closed loop under those conditions. I typically don't enable PE until 3000 rpm and 100 KPA. It has a 3000 stall BTW.

I always target 13.5 @ 1600, 13@2000, 12.7@2400 for towing with a Turbo LQ4 and LM7 running 93 octane. Timing id have to go back and look at tho.

I use 11.5 AFR anywhere under boost.

Yes, once PE kicks in, I aim for 11.5. IMHO, better safe than sorry. Engines are more sensitive to timing than AFR so I'm aggressive with timing and use a rich mixture to keep things cool and avoid detonation. It works for me but I'm not an expert!

Are you all talking AFR for E0 fuel? Because, say, 11.5 for E0 would really be around 11.0 for E10.

    Good question. Yes, assuming E0.
