Cool Help! 426 Stroker, Idle surge in drive break applied.

2012 Chrysler 300 SRT8 Forged 426 Stroker, built for boost 9:8 to 1 comp. Blackmamba Comp. cam, MDS delete, Ported heads , Blower springs, Hellcat lifters and oil pump. Manley crank, Wiesco Pistons, H- beam Rods, etc. High-flow cats Stainless shorties, Corsa Exhaust , Stag 3 BST NAG1 trans, 2800 stall, stage 3 valve body double sided clutches, upgraded pressures etc. 22' rims 2" lowering kit.

Car is being tuned, Idle in P/N A/C on is 750. Idle in D/AC 800.
Big Cam purrs like a T-Rex in park. But surges from 800 to 1400 rpm when put in drive with breaks applied. Every 5-10 seconds the surge is so powerful the breaks have a hard time holding the car back at a traffic light, can get scary.
Smoke test performed no leaks detected, coil packs good to go. All new plugs, wires, 90 mm BBK Throttle Body, everything new.

Has to be in the tune.
Anyone have advice on what to try first?
    Thanks Mega
