Have a customer that has a hp tuners rtd device and he pulled and sent me his stock file, I know I cannot open it in the hp tuners editor as it won?t open a .rtd file. How do I go about being able to open it so I can modify it and email it back?

you need to email hpt to add rtd tuning support for your device. You use editor to open, but you dont have access to open a .rtd file.
I was told I had to be a dealer for that by another tuner

You need to be a dealer, you can contact our sales dept for more information.

you can't use the same credits for different devices. No matter if MPVI or RTD.
