    Idle Torque Tables help

    Idle Torque spark.PNG

RPM error axis, you would have to think the negative values (example -500rpm) are under desired RPM. Hence non neg values are RPM over desired RPM.
If this is the case why are the table values negative in neg rpm columns and pos values in pos columns, as though they would be pulling torque when you are under your desired RPM. So on and so forth.
Surely these tables are mis-represented in either the table values or the x horizontal axis?
Would someone care to explain their take on it. Cheers

I believe that the rpm numbers represent the correction desired, so they are actually opposite.

Someone that knows for sure will surely jump in here....
If in doubt, multiply everything by 1.1.

Quote from 06300CSRT8 from the above link. For my future reference. Makes sense now. Cheers HaasExp.

"The correlation here is as follows: first off the RPM error is opposite what you think in the tune, negative is above idle. So at +200rpms in each of these tables which is 200 rpms below desired idle"

I still confuse myself when I read that.
So I just write it as:

RPM Error = desired - actual
