2017 c7z ported blower with no power gain

Lt4 tuners please chime in lol
    2017 c7z bolt on made 560/630tq
Added kong blower, 103mm tb and 2.3 upper
    No matter what fuel 11.8-12.6
    No matter 10*-16* advance
    Changed plugs
Throttle is not closing and getting all commanded timing
It will not make over 572/685tq
Also note it has dropped almost a full second in 60-130 on a draggy so definitely gained a decent amount of power. But for some reason it will not make a decent pull on the dyno. Any input would be great at this point. Never had this issue with any gen v
    Thanks
I can post tune tomorrow but figured I'd post maybe I've missed something

Lot of knock retard. And not much timing. May need more octane like a mixture of Boostane. I had to run it in mine even when stock. Also your manifold air temp is pretty high. Might need better cooling with high ambient temps. I would log your mixture in Lambda and check to be sure it's close to commanded. Do you have cats? They could be the culprit.

It's either really heat soaked or the intercooler coolant is not cycling. It's not going to make good power with 150+ manifold air temps. Recheck there is no air in the intercooler system and the pump is running 20 seconds or so after start up.

So removed the pressure limits and re bled the intercooler and on the street there was a noticeable difference. More solid boost curve and no kr.
