    2.8 PULLEY vs. 3.0 pulley vs. 3.2 pulley--HP and TORQUE

    This morning I tested a 2.8, a 3.0, and a 3.2 pulley on my 2000 GTP. I made 3 runs, about 20 minutes apart, same location, TCS off. I found some difference in power and torque, so I need some suggestions from the experts as to how to find more power. Should I lean down the AFR or add more timing??? Here are my results----BOOST should be correct----found new formula.

    MY TUNE and both scans are attached. I have NO KR. My AFR shows 11.6 to 11.8.

    0 to 60 ----4.53 sec smokes tires---best time
    TORQUE 336 AT 2693 RPM
    238 HP AT 4000 RPM 312 TORQUE
    278 HP AT 4999 RPM 293 TORQUE
    321 HP AT 6030 RPM 280 TORQUE
    10.03 BOOST
    INTAKE AIR TEMP 106


    3.0 Pulley
    0 to 60------4.69 sec
    TORQUE 321 AT 2692 RPM
    238 HP AT 4007 RPM 312 TORQUE
    279 HP AT 4998 RPM 293 TORQUE
    317 HP AT 5945 RPM 280 TORQUE
    8.63 BOOST

    3.2 Pulley
    0 to 60 ------4.76 sec
    TORQUE 335 AT 2698 RPM
    237 HP AT 4002 RPM 311 TORQUE
    279 HP AT 5006 RPM 292 TORQUE
    318 HP AT 5980 RPM 280 TORQUE
    7.41 BOOST
    INTAKE AIR TEMP 99

    This past weekend I loaded in the timing table from a 2005 GTP, as an experiment, to see the effect on horsepower and torque.

    7-22 2005 SPARK TABLE
    2.8 PULLEY -- 17 DEGREES TIMING
    TORQUE 331 AT 2944 RPM
    189 HP AT 3006 RPM 330 TORQUE
    238 HP AT 4007 RPM 312 TORQUE
    278 HP AT 5003 RPM 292 TORQUE
    319 HP AT 5983 RPM 280 TORQUE 9.87 BOOST INTAKE AIR TEMP 113

    It doesn't seem to matter what my total timing is, my HP and torque do not change. So now I am going to lean down my AFR and see if I can get more HP. Any comments or suggestions??
