neutral cutoff / dos not work

hi everyone ,
i have mustang 2015 v6 3.7 , i changed the neutral cutoff/ dfco from 4100 rpm to 7000 rpm , but dos not work
cutoff still at 4100 rpm .
can anyone help

Nope, something missing in tune. Reported to support long time ago...to no avail.
