No Starter Enable Signal

First Time Caller, long time car idiot.... Thanks for listening....

Current project is a 2014 BRZ/LS3/TR6060. BRZ is a pushbutton start, and I have a translator to send that over Canbus to my E38 ECM. Push start, and do not get 12v out of the Starter Relay enable. With my HP tuners hooked up, I see the request to crank and the starter relay enable go to Yes. Vats deleted, Clutch Safety disabled, and Starter Diags disabled. If I take my power probe and shoot 12v down the starter relay enable wire(Pin 52, Purple/White) the car turns over. So its not the Subaru relays, Its something in the ECM.... Ive attached my tune just in case I missed something... Any ideas would be appreciated..

The starter fault checks are disabled, but the starter diagnostics are still enabled. Look over in the 'system' tab.

Changed the starter diagnostics to disabled, wrote calibration, still no 12v coming from PIN 52.. Willing to listen if anyone has an idea...
