    Boost pressure

In my data logs my idle boost pressure is 13.2 psi with max boost at 34 psi. The edge juice shows my max at 39. The 13.2 makes me think this is barometric pressure. Which confused me on my maximums. 34 - 13.2 is only 20.8 . What am I missing? Also the chart Vs time does not show the same numbers as channels.

Don?t know what you you have but 03-07, not sure with 07.5-09 6.7L, you need to create a math PID, MAP minus Baro, in order to log actual boost. This as been covered a few times in other threads. I wouldn?t worry about the latency between what the channels show versus the charts, just go with the charts.

Jim it's a 2003. This is the math equation I found. Just wondering if there is a way to idle at 0 psi instead of atmosphereboost math.JPG

I use that math pid and my truck basically idles at 0. You need to make sure you log the two pids the math equation requires or it wont work
