Fuel gauge not working when flex fuel is enabled

Hey guys, new to the forum and am having an issue and wondering if by any chance anyone else has seen this before.

This issue is on a 2018 Camaro SS A8.
Full disclosure I'm not using hptuners to tune, it's an SCT device with a tune from a company (don't want to name names) but they have never seen this before and their sole business is tuning with great reviews.

They sent me a flex fuel enabled tune and when I load it up my fuel gauge is usually at empty but sometimes will peg to full and then drop back down to empty when I have like a half tank. I'm getting two codes. P0462 & P2101.

We have done some troubleshooting and gone back to a non-flex tune and gauge works fine. Have also gone to stock and gauge works. Not sure what it is. Any ideas from the forum would be great, again just seeing if anyone has seen this issue before.

Right now I can't afford all that comes with HPtuners and want to get this solved for this device at the moment and will eventually move to HPtuners.

    Thanks

TBH, I've seed a few weird issues and bugs with SCT software and devices on the Gen V stuff. I never recommend it.

Yea im seeing the issues as of late. Im getting no help from SCT, they just say since it works on other tunes that the device is doing its job and writing tunes and the company tuning has never ran into this before. I dont think its the flex fuel sensor kit since Im reading ethanol % on my torque pro app and car runs good.

I just cant fork out $1000+ on HPtuners, credits and a custom tune from someone right now. And I have zero experience tuning and dont know if I could get it right without guidance. Car is fairly stock, intake, ported throttle body & secondary cat delete.
