Post P59 MPVI2 keeps timing out

everytime i try to read mhy yukon that i've already read and wrote new tunes on, it says controller unlock reader timed out. radio and everything is off Laptop not hooked to anything else. What is the problem here? it startst to work then gets maybe 40% thru and times out. happens more often than not and is very annoying.VCMSuiteInfo.txt

Is the radio stock or aftermarket, what about the alarm system too?

radio is all aftermarket. alarm system is stock but i dont have a fob for it, and never bought one. should i pull fuses for them? keep radio powered off, which keeps my amp from shutting off. it will read maybe one out of every ten attempts after unplugging it and reconnecting.

Pull the radio fuse and try it.

Aftermarket systems plague the 2003-2007 trucks.

So I pulled the radio and amp fuse and still couldn?t read. But successfully wrote to the EFI twice. Weird
