    If tuning your own car and knock sensor sensitivity is pretty close or a bit too sensitive you can also somewhat overlook the short term and watch for long term then pull timing where you see long term. That would be the area where it always seems to get noisy not just randomly. If pulling timing doesn't help and knock sensor voltage isn't spiking bad then it might be that knock sensors need made a little less sensitive in that area.

    I found it in the tables. Spark\Retard\Long Term Knock\Max Retard.. When dialing in the MBT timing you can set that to 0 and just run off of ST until you get it dialed in, then set your LTK. That way you aren't battling that as you dial it in
    You can just reset adaptives in the scanner and then it will zero the ltknock
