Jeep Speedometer quit working after flash

I changed the speedometer on my 13 Wrangler like I've done a few times before (trying to keep it accurate). After the last time the Speedometer quit working and it's throwing a code. I haven't checked the code yet, I will after work.

Anyone else experienced this problem?

I had the same problem even the power steering quit working when adjusting the speedo seems like a bug in the scanner , i got to work by tring to set the stock values a couple of times but it broke the ACC and i had to use dealer scanner to recalibrate it .
Shoot an email to tge support of hptuners they sould help you retrieve tyebstock files from the debug files of your scanner and patch the bug so that no one has it they fixed the bug for my 2015 charger but seems that it didnt trickle down to the jeep
