98 Camaro with LS3

Hey All,

I have a 98 Camaro with a LS3 418ci motor. Recently the cats blew out that I had on there, so i had them removed.

The car was tuned at a shop around 7 years ago, but without the cats the car stinks of raw fuel, and actually stings the eye about. Is it possible to tune this out on a 98 car? I understand the 98 PCM is a bit limited.
