Installing cat delete pipes c7z what changes are needed in the tune?

Hello, I'm new to HPTuners and the fourm. I have a 2016 Z06 A8. I mainly use the car for HPDE at the Autobahn country club. The car is stock besides an Akrapovic exhaust with a catless xpipe. It also has a DeWitts 57mm radiator and katech 174* thermostat.

I believe the main cats are clogged/melted and I'm installing afe cat delete pipes. I plan to put the stock o2 sensors into the pipes after the cats.

I don't have much experience with tuning and plan to have my car tuned by a local shop but I have a few trackdays that I don't want to miss before the car can be tuned. I've turned off AFM in the tune and plan to turn off COT too. What do I need to do so the after cat o2 sensors don't throw any codes. Also is there anything else I should change?

    Thanks in advance

You will need to disable the CEL codes for catalyst efficiency. Look at all the Bank 1 Sensor 2 and Bank 2 Sensor 2 codes. If you have a 174 degree thermostat you can adjust the fans to come on sooner and set the mechanical thermostat temp to 174 in the tune.

    Engine Diag >DTCs

Everything that says bank 1 and bank 2 (Sensor 2) Set to No Error Reported and unclick the SES Enable arrow.

Here's a file that show the DTCs to change. It was a test file so only use the DTCs under Eng Diag

Ok, theres a min temp currently 63* below that cat warmup is disabled, and a max temp currently 109* above that cat warmup is disabled. Should I set the max temp to 63 or 64 to disable cat warmup entirely?

I set the thermostat temp to 174 where do I set the fans to come on sooner? Would that be the desired ECT table? I went from 194 to 174 so is reducing those values by 20* a good place to start?

Should I also adjust the control by % table and the ignition off enable temp?

I drove the car before disabling anything to do with the rear o2 sensors. The only codes that popped up were p0420 and p0430 catalist efficiency codes. I turned them off in the tune and no more check engine lights. Should I turn off anything else relating to the rear o2 sensors or just leave it alone.

You're fine just disabling cat efficiency.
