Brand Newbie, 5.3 LS1 PCM swapped to a 6.0?

Hi All!

I'm brand new to HP Tuners so I'm sure I'm just missing something simple.
I looked through the forms and couldn't find an answer, so I'm really sorry if this has been answered somewhere else already.

Basically I want to use a 5.3 PCM to run a 6.0.
I'm trying to get the settings shown at 11:51 in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WxOEau-YRZg
But when I go to Engine -> General I only have one option for AIR pump, no options for engine size/type.
Am I missing something obvious? Have those settings moved? Am I just an idiot?

Edit -> View -> Advanced...
