Methanol Blend AFR - Stoich / Power

I've searched everywhere and really cannot find an answer to my specific question, so here goes.

Let's use a 70/30 mix, gas to methanol. Using gas stoich of 14.08, methanol stoich of 6.45. Would the blended stoich be:

    (0.3)(6.45) + (0.7)(14.08) = 11.8 AFR?

Assuming this is good, would the target AFR for power be:
Same 70/30 mix, gas AFR for power of 11.8 (with a safety factor), methanol AFR for power of 4.0.

    (0.3)(4.00) + (0.7)(11.8) = 9.5 AFR

I would prefer not to get into a discussion about the WB gauge settings yet, nor talk about lambda, unless necessary. I'd like to take this one step at a time. Thanks to all.

14.08 is E10. Pure gasoline is 14.7 stoich.

14.08 is the blend we have exclusively here. No such thing as 100% gasoline, so I use 14.08. My numbers are for example's sake only. And Ford uses 14.64 in my tune as stoich, if you want to be precise.

My question is simple. Is the AFR calculation I show this simple or am I missing something?
