    3.8 80# injector data help 99 camaro

ok I need someone to double check my 80lbs injector tune for my 99 turbo 3800 Camaro. Also anyone got a fix for the knock sensor going to max kr at sub 2k rpm and sub 20% throttle? It has an st5 cam, ported heads and intake, 80s, 70mm Hiroshima spinney boi.

You can sort of work around it.

    In the Knock tables.

Knock Retard "Amount" (table 12742) you can set the amount to 4 for 2,400 rpm and lower. Not sure if the ECM will still pick up and show the the full amount of KR in the scanner, but it will not pull as much timing.

In the Recovery "Rate High Load" (table 12720), I always set all boxes to 136 so if there is no farther KR detected the pulled timing can recover faster.

Recovery "Rate Low Load" (table 12721) I set 1,600 rpm and everything higher to 400.

Recovery Rate High Load... the higher the number the faster it recovers.

Recovery Rate Low Load... The lower the number the faster it recovers.

At least that's what I always though and the results didn't suggest otherwise.

I got the kr situation fixed. I just need someone to double check how the tune is set up for the 80s.
