I usually have to pull fuse and than I can upload, but sometimes that does not work. I then pull the PCM off the truck and onto bench harness and no issues.

I have to pull the fuse to the radio to flash my 2005 Silverado
It’s not an MPVI2 issue usually it’s radio or similar that causes that!
