Help with tune LS3 swap nose dives at 5000 RPM

Good afternoon gang

Im having trouble with my project truck (59 Apache LS3 6 speed E38) I have no "tune" its mostly stock I have just changed a few things like VATS,difco,COT, no rear o2's
I'm having a problem with the ETC I guess, right at 5000 at WOT it nose dives and practically goes to idle
Im not great with HPtuners and this is my first experience with it.
I have seen somthing about "power reduction mode" but im afraid to play with it

My set up is a 2011 camaro 2SS LS3 6 speed ford 9 inch 3.70

Also I forgot to say it has a P1682 code

wheel speed cutoff rpm limit?

under trans?

That was it changed it took it out for a burn and 6200 no prob
Crazy thing is i have none of that stuff connected

Not crazy, that's how it's supposed to work - without a wheel speed signal it thinks it's always 0 MPH, hence the 5K limit.
