    Nothing in OS tab

    Hi all,

I'm new to HP tuners and was hoping you could help.....
I have downloaded my tune (that was meant to be standard) and the OS tab shows as blank.
    I'm viewing in advanced mode.
Anyone care to take a look please?

Old, oddball operating system, we do not offer any custom operating systems for it.

Update to the newer os id available for your vin 12593058 via tech 2 or similar then read & tune away. 12593058 has 4 custom operating systems available for it.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Thanks for your reply Bill, can I just flash OS 12587603 from a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 4.8 Manual to my PCM as I am in New Zealand an have no access to a GM dealer

Unfortunately we do not recommend any other way other than flashing to stock via tech 2 or similar oem device.

Does NZ not have Holden dealers? The standard TIS website will accept a 2003 Holden VIN, don't see why a Holden dealer couldn't pull down a tune file for a Chevy. The hardware is the same.
