    help with Bosch injector data

I'm a VERY noob when it comes to FI cars and HP Tuners. I bought a LS6 manifold to install o my LQ4. It came with Bosch 0280155712 42# injectors. From what I have read there are several tables that need to be updated in HP Tuners. I have looked at many sites and none seemed to have the data I need to input. Injector Flow Rate vs. KPA VAC, Minimum Injector Pulsewidth, Injector Flow Rate Modifier vs. Battery Voltage, etc. Basically all the table data that is needed to update HP Tuners.

Can anyone help or tell me where to find this data?.....PLEASE

Hopefully you made a typo regarding your fuel injector part number ... but here goes.

Bosch 0-280-155-712 appear to be 22.4 Lbs/ Hr at 58 PSI (4 BAR) - used with some Holden and Opel models.
If these are the actual fuel injectors that you have, locating compatible data to enter into a P01 / P59 PCM, will be a challenge.

If you happen to have the fuel injectors below ... then accurate data is readily available.

    Bosch 0-280-155-752 are 29.6 Lbs/ Hr at 58 PSI (4 BAR) - used with 1997 - 1998 LS1.

Where can I get HP Tuners data for my Bosch injectors?
    I bought these injectors: https://fuelinjectorconnection.com/p...ze-split-spray
which appear to be modified Bosch EV-14ES injectors.

Even the Bosch data sheet doesn't seem to have this data on their stock injectors.

Do I need magic pixie dust? It seems like injector data is rare as hen's teeth.

I changed from 0280155931 (29 lb at 58 psi (4 bar) i believe) to 0280155830 (34 lb at 43.5psi (3bar). I used the calculated value at 58 psi which was 39.5 ib, used this value for the 0 bar vacuum value in the injector flow table and then calculated the remaining values up to 80 kPa vacuum. Since these are the same family of injectors I left the other tables as stock. Worked fine for me.

Just send an email to FIC and they can supply you with an excel file containing the data you need. I'm a dealer of theirs and they are typically very quick to respond with the info during business hours.
