How close are the factory E85 tables?

2017 camaro SS and its all stock i want to run e85. How close are the factory tables and would i be safe to run if i did just these steps. Turn e85 on, install sensor. Adjust stoich tables to ramp from 14.7 to 9.0 and thats it? Would i be close as not to blow shit up? I do plan to tweak but wanna make sure if it is or not ok to run the car the way i said.

Enable everything that says flex fuel (even under diagnostics) and copy/paste a flex fuel Stoich table over to yours. Get a wideband.
