    MPVI 2 non-pro with Innovate Wideband LM-1

I am new to tuning and found someone to loan me a wideband for tuning my truck, though it is an older kit. From searching the forum I think it is possible to use the Innovate LM-1 with the MPVI 2, but I couldn't find further details on how or if I have to upgrade to the pro features set. Can anyone explain what I need? It is the LM-1 Kit so I have the Serial Cable, Analog Output cable, sensor, sensor cable, power cable, and the handheld unit. I assume the analog output cable would let me wire into the Prolink cable, but that seems like an over-simplification since I didn't think the non-pro MPVI 2 would recognize the Prolink. The LM-1 uses a simplified, but mostly compatible, serial protocol to the current Innovate controllers. I would try that 1st, before trying to wire up EGR or A/C pressure lines.
