    TrackAddict + MPVI2 = same data

I bought an MPVI2 to pair with track addict, but it does not make any additional telemetry data available on my 2007 Dodge Caliber R/T.

I was hoping for oil pressure low, maybe oil temp, knock or other retard, etc.

I did update the MPVI2 with the latest firmware.

Are any updates planned in the future?

TrackAddict is SAE parameters only right now (with a small addition for GM stuff), but we do have a firmware update being developed for the MPVI2 that will bring enhanced data logging to many of the vehicles that we support for tuning.

The recent TrackAddict v4.5 update puts much of the resources and structure in place that is needed to do this, so we're almost there from the app's side of it. Mainly need to finish the MPVI2 firmware side at this point... I have that working pretty well, but there are still a couple of technical challenges that need to be handled before it's a releasable product.

Hi Weston, thanks for the update.

I'd be happy to help test your update. I'm a product leader at a large software company and I've run dozens of early release test programs.
