    supercharged 09 2.2 lap

I have a 2009 cobalt 2.2 lap that I supercharged. used all of the stock cobalt ss parts(pulley, injectors). Right now im having an issue just converting my current tune to match injector data from a 05 cobalt ss/sc stock tune. Anyone have any insight on scaling the injectors? I have changed my axis to psi instead of kpa but cant edit the values and the lowest value on my tune is higher than the highest value on the ss sc stock tune. Any help or advice is appreciated!!

the lsj axis is manifold vacuum. so you have to convert it to be a rail pressure equivalent.

    lap with stock lsj.JPG

i highly suggest you install a 1:1 referenced return regulator. in this case every box will be 40.2 lb.hr with a rail pressure between 43 - 45 psi.

is that what this is on the rail?

idk if its going to upload the picture but basically its a round metal thing on the rail before it goes into injectors

the stock rail is not a return rail. the part your thinking of is likely the oem fuel pulse damper.
my suggestion is still as above like i mentioned in the pm.
