    2.85 Custom Tune Results!!!

I forgot to get an overlay compared to his Dyno Day Results, which was with a GM Stage 2 Flash. A note for those using GM's flash. Not only is the air fuel all over the place, they are WAY off the Injector IFR tables...we have fixed this with our tuning. Drivability and fuel economy has improved BIG TIME.

    2.85 ZZP Pulley
    NGK Plugs
    JBP Cold Air
    Cobalt Addition Downpipe
    GMPP Exhaust
    GMPP Exhaust Manifold
    Custom Tuned by Paul Meister

We picked up 11whp and 8wtq over the GM Stage 2 Flash. Nothing else was done except tuning.
    11.5 AFR

BIG GAINS WITH JUST TUNING :-)

Sorry I could not have gotten the air fuel any smoother.

Im sure if you could get the AFR at a more constat 11.7 A/F you'd pick up another 3-4whp!

Commanded AFR is 11.5, actual AFR is 11.5 and this is what I was going for. If you look at my thread about stock .vs. tuned, i am using 12.0 and making more power

We know there is more power to be had, but 3-4whp is not worth the extra heat and other issues that can arise from running that much boost with pump gas

We are about safe, reliable tunes that drive perfect...anyone can make power

has anyone made up a good IFR calculator for the I4's yet?
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

There are tons of calcultors out there you can adapt to a coblalt, or just use math
