vin programming

Hello,

Vehicle info:
2019 Chevy Express Van 4500 cutaway L96 6.0L gasoline
I have put a new ECM got from GM.
When I check for DTC I have "P0630 - Vin not programmed or Mismatch -engine control module (ECM)" code.
And when I read vehicle it's says that there is no vin. so I wrote down the vin and proceed.
When I check Edit -> Calibration Details -> Tune Overview : I can see the correct vin number.
but on Edit -> Calibration Details -> Controllers : instead of the vin number there is yyyyyyyyyyyyyy...

I found change vin on VCM Scanner ->Vehicle Control & Special Functions. But when I do change vin it says "vin change failed".

Does someone know why it does that? and how to change vin please.

You'll need to have GM program the new ecm with the vin number.
