I can hook up to any vehicle I want without it asking to license anything using the VCM scanner.

sounds like you need to enter your newest application key under help-application keys
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Update again everything is working. i open so many things copy and paste until it worked. I probably couldn't do it again. If anybody cares,
