Predicted axle torque source unknown?

Has anyone ever seen this?

under predicted axle torque source switches from driver to unknown: 00 09 and any time it happens the torque mgt advance goes crazy oscillating in and out yanking timing?

I've seen this is well it seems very intermittent and inconsistent. My only guess is it could be some error over the data bus where the module that is requesting a torque reduction (I highly believe it is probably the CCM (Chassis Control Module) requesting it) isn't properly identified. I think its probably traction control related and traction control is done by CCM.
