Who can solve my 10 year no-start problem? I have data!

Always started instantly until one day it wouldn't.

I've replaced every sensor on the car. Bought HP Tuners hoping I could figure it out. Here's a short file of my crank & no-start.

    Help!

I've had this car 20 years and it been sitting for 10.

    no start issue.hpl

Have you checked fuel pressure?? Always go back to the basics, never just start throwing parts and replace sensors without prior knowledge

New pump 10 years ago and brand new pump last week.

I've been through air/fuel/spark with this thing 100 times over the last decade.

    65# at the schrader valve.

why is your intake temp -38?

Have 12v at the coils and injectors? Spark?

I have spark. It backfired a fire ball out of the intake on starting fluid.

No clue on the intake temp. Is that sensor bad? Would that lean out the fuel?

I was afraid to crank too long and overheat the starter. What more should I do? I'm using a new 0411 PCM with the stock 98 Z28 tune. I also compared a base 98 z28 tune from the repository and copied it. Nothing changes.

Here's the recent scan with a borrowed lid and sensor. Still says -38 degrees.

The IAT reading -38 means it's either unplugged or it failed and defaulted to the lowest temp. It shouldn't cause it to not start but it won't run correctly when it does fire up.

Has any of the harness been touched?

Like is it possible the injectors or coil harness is plugged into the wrong side?
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

The harness was just repined for the 0411 PCM. I suppose anything is possible. I double checked the pin locations like 40 times.

Have you tested the ecm to make sure its not blown? Maybe swap out for a junkyard unit and see if it cranks up?

Ive had a bad ecm and it sounded like it was trying to fire but nothing.... put a stock ecm in and fired right up.
