Like the post says. Looking for a tip on how to get the PE to kick in earlier and a bit harder too. Seems like it comes in way to soft, especially for a motor that likes fuel. This is a 2015 5.7 Hemi Charger

Reduce the WOT throttle voltage (stay above ~2V). You can also bump up FA enrichment rate. However on my car (2015 challenger) if enrichment rate is set too large I get DTCs and engine runs pig rich.
Yeah, I noticed that with the enrichment rate at well.

There are two tables I changed on my Hellcat to change PE Delay today to see if I could help answer your question.

I changed the Tip-In Throttle Spark, theory being as you moving into WOT the tables can be used to pull spark to prevent nastiness if you are loading it to be hard. Then I changed the Power Enrich Delay. For some reason from the factory above 17 MPH there is a delay in WOT or if the RPM was above 704 it was disabled. I set it to 127 and then basically made WOT enabled through the entire RPM range without delay. Saved the file and went for a cruise. Smiles Per Gallon have definitely increased. If you haven't done these changes already they are recommended but you know YMMV.
Hellcat PB > ET: 10.092, MPH: 135.650, 60': 1.492, R/T: .000
Bone Stock Scat Pack PB > ET: 11.612, MPH: 119.52, 60': 1.634, R/T: .000 (gone but not forgotten).

I went the other way with the rpm max i.e 8000+ so it will never hit delay.. looks like 0 disables it altogether?
Yep many ways to skin the cat. I made both situations an impossible scenario. Looks like the PCM is doing two "truthy" equivalence check and either one could turn on FA WOT delay.
