    MUSTANG 3.7 2014 - 80Lbs FORD INJECTOR SWAP - WHERE DO I START???

Going E85 and would like to tune these injectors for pump gas first.
Can someone get me started on injector tuning with ford logic?
    I have a set of Bosch 80lbs.

    Thanks for your time!

Also, The Bosch Dearschwerks site does not list data for the V6 mustang past 2010. Can I enter data for a 47lbs injector under the coyote list? Or do I enter data for an 80lbs even though im not running 80lbs?

You can check Ford Racing performance site to see if they have data for 80lb. That might get you close.

Injectors are all made different so the things like dead times and things like that are different.

Data on the manuf site does not match value labels on HP tuners. At least the beta version.

Ive found what seems to be correct data but the delta values dont match up. For example its calling for pressure values from 70.3 to 39.3 and the values in ford logic are 70.1 to 50.0.

    Do you have the LU80s?
Knock Retard is the reduction or prevention of knock by lowering ignition timing:

(+) Adding Knock Retard = Reducing Timing. PCM is seeing knock.
(--) Lowering Knock Retard = Increasing Timing. PCM isn't seeing knock.

I got remanufactured 80s from a reputable shop. Using BOSCH 0280158191 for the core.

Is editing the ford deltap row values match the published data a good idea?

This is the data that was provided. He called them offsets and dead times. I see the offset data but dont quite understand the table logic and I may not be understanding the units of the test sheet. How would i apply this to ford injector control data?IMG_0380.jpg IMG_0381.jpgIMG_0386.jpg

Now, throw these away and buy something that comes with SAE data.
