    Setting up Bosch 0 280 158 290 66lb on an E40

Any tips on how to setup Bosch 66lb injectors on my E40 as they only allow max of 63lb.

At the moment I am running 41lb Bosch but they are hitting 90% duty and will be adding more boost soon, approx 6.5lb boost from Magnuson TVS1900

    Are they 66lbs at 43.5psi or 58psi?

Honestly if they were rated at 58psi I would just stick 63lb/hr in the table it call it good, match up the rest of the injector data and start tuning it. Being off 3lb/hr isn't the end of the world, I've see worse still work.

But if they are 66lb/hr at 43.5psi but you are running 58psi, you will have to scale the injector data to make it work. That means doing the double stoich method. Take the stoich table and double it, take the injector flow rate data and cut it in half, then take the IVT Terms and cut that in half.

By doing it this way you are now allowing the tune to technically handle 126lb/hr injectors.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

You have a zero in your idle airflow minimum table in neutral at 800rpm. Change it to 9.5 or 10 if you are having idling issues.

    Yeah they are 88lb's @ 58psi (4 bar). 66lb @3 bar (43 psi)

    Still looking for dead times.
Do you know of any other companies that re brand this injector that might have data?

I know Walkinshaw use them in their W557 kit. Maybe give them or VCM Store a try I reckon. They should be back on deck this week. Where did the injector data in your tune come from??

Was with the car when I bought it.
Looks to be STD copied data from LSA cars as they run the same injectors.

The 6.2 LSA engine came with 56lb/hr injectors.
