You need to go back to your stock file and start over. Hook your pcv system back up like factory. There is absolutely no need to touch the vve or vtt to start out tuning for a bolt on setup like this. Turn the rear o2 codes off and multiply the entire stock maf table by 1.15 to compensate for the 4" tube. Use the stock narrow band o2's to dial in the maf curve using fuel trims. The truck should run and drive like stock.

after returning back to the factory tune I have discovered that the truck continues to do the same thing. it refuses to idle start it putts for a few seconds then it dies completly. is there a setting or something I missed that would have caused the truck to not want to idle?
with all of the mods the truck should run on just a factory tune correct?

recently I tore my motor apart down to the heads, cleaned them and replaced all the gaskets, receded the valves, and after much deliberation I am still getting the same feedback from the truck

When I unplug one of the spark plug wires the tuner does not read the miss fire. can someone go over my base tune here with a fine tooth comb and let me know what exactly needs to be changed to get the truck to idle correctly.
I have these numbers on hand at the ready just incase. they are required. manifold volume of 15,010 throttle area limits, 4703.9.

is my timing off and causing it to run poorly? is it possible to adjust the timing in VCM editor?

anyone please help my primary vechicle is dead in the water.t4
is this a computer issue or is this a mechanical timing issue? 1.1 2014 chevy silverado factory tune 08-18-2020.hptx

Im sorry I can't help you - but if this is your primary vehicle and it's just got bolt-ons and you're strugging with the tune - pay someone to tune it. HP forums here are great for single questions here and there, but no one is going to walk you through tuning your truck. These guys make money doing what you're asking for, you gotta pay the man sooner or later.

Seems like a lot of issues for such minor mods. Put your tune to stock, adjust MAF for the intake which likely needs an increase. Set your dynamic airflow RPMs to 100 and 99 so that it doesn't reference VVE. The truck should run OK with just those simple changes. Then you can start to address other areas.

I have reverted to the stock tune, truck would idle then die within seconds.

Next I added the numbers for the Throttle Body and the Intake Manifold. I added 1.15 percent air to the MAF tables 1&2 and the truck started idling rough. next I added 1.20 to the same tables. the truck is idling now with a stumble. I can drive it but it dos not like it.

Lastly I added .95 to the spark advance tables to try and smooth out the timing and that is when i noticed something. the bank 2 LTFT has spiked where as the bank 1 LTFT is normal. i have 34.4% on bank 2 LTFT. is there a way to adjust just the bank 2 fuel trim? is it a bad sensor? do i have an exhaust gas leak causing a false reading? I will be unable to continue to tune the MAF or VVE tables until all of the mechanical issues are fixed. I do have on exhaust bold that is snapped off that may cause a "slight*heavy breathing*... issue"

the very last tune i did was to turn off DOD and boy howdy. the truck did not like DOD removed. it still ran though

here is my most recent tune for reference.

please let me know I may need to replace the head bolt (cough, cough, or head) 2.2 spark advance .95.hpt

I would guess you have a vacuum leak at the intake manifold on bank 2.

Did you removed the injectors at any point. It could be an injector seal not properly seated if you messed with them.

Possible vacuum leak or maybe the o2 Sensors are backwards?

Disregard the backwards 02's I just looked back at your log and can see they are on reading the correct banks, but bank 2 is super rich. There has to be a vacuum leak or something hooked up wrong.
    Best of luck
