    drop off during shifts???

    is it tq management pulling fuel during shifts? or is there something else going on? working on my bros 03 dura with the Alison and i have been working on the tune and its got some nice power to it now, but every time it shifts cuts out for like half a second. any way to tune this out?

    I'm sure that there is, still learning these items on and off as well. going to spend a better part of the day tomorrow playing, hopefully figure some more out.

    So if someone else chimes in, save me some time from trying to figure it out.

    Under the transmission tq man, you most likely have "Torque Reduction during shits" in there. click the normal and perf. tables and check it out.

    ha ha well after some reading on the net it seems that the trany takes a while to get used to the new power level, i think they called it tranny learning , but after about 40 miles of driving it all seems to be gone

    Allison's have extensive transmission learning IIRC.
    Now we need to see some of that data....
