There is good LU47 data out there. Use rousch data from the repository. It may not be perfect but it worked on a 2014 cobra-jet manifold car I tuned recently.

The data is available from Ford Performance and works well despite what the other guy said, easily found in a Google search. If the axis doesn't match up, you can change them by clicking on the underlined axis names and entering the values that are provided by Ford Performance. Not sure what the other guy is speaking of about GT500s, they use medium length G302 injectors and laters use MU52s, not LU47s.

In your case I would use the published Ford Performance values rather than the Coyote values. If you don't have luck with those, try the Coyote stuff, just make sure the pressure multipliers are correct.
